Courts approve merger of Visualsoft Technologies with Megasoft

Visualsoft Technologies Ltd has announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation with Megasoft Ltd, has been approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad.

The Scheme of Amalgamation with Megasoft Ltd., has been approved by the Hon'ble High Court at Chennai. The effective date for the purpose, has been reckoned w.e.f. March 29, 2007.

Shares of Visualsoft closed up by Rs.1 or 1.37% at Rs.74.05 on volume of 27089 shares at a weighted average price of Rs.73.69.

Shares of Megasoft Ltd closed at Rs.128.5, up by Rs.5.15 or 4.18% on volume of 152632 shares at a weighted average price of Rs.128.28.
