Hazoor Multi Projects forms subsidiaries to effectively manage expansion plans

Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd has announced that the Company is in the process of expanding its business operations in the diversified fields of the multi project activities. As a part of management strategy the Company has formed following subsidiary Companies to effectively manage the expansion program related to multi project activities: Hazoor Township Developers Pvt Ltd, Hazoor Aambey Valley Developers Pvt Ltd and Hazoor Media & Power Pvt Ltd.

These Subsidiary Companies will enable the Company to appropriately allocate the available funds for the respective activities and it would provide independent fund raising platform to fund the expansion plans of the Company.

Shares of the company closed at Rs.11.79, up by Re.0.40 or 3.51% on volume of 12188 shares.
