Arvind Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Allotted Bonus Shares in the ratio of 2:1.

2. Approved the merger of Arvind Commodities Ltd with the Company.
