Numeric Power equity shareholders approve Scheme of Arrangement

Numeric Power Systems Ltd has announced that the equity shareholders of the Company at its court convened meeting held on March 17, 2007, have agreed and approved the resolution regarding the Scheme of Arrangement (Demerger) between M/s. Numeric Electronics Pvt Ltd (Demerged Company) and the Company (Resulting Company), subject to such approvals as may be necessary from the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras under section 391 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
