Gabriel India Board declares second interim dividend of 40%

Gabriel India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2007, has declared a 2nd interim dividend of 40% amounting to Re 0.40 per paid up equity share of Rs 1.00 each.
