Bayer CropScience Board recommends Rs.2.4 dividend

Bayer CropScience Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2007 has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.40/- per share, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
