Cholamandalam DBS to drop issue of warrants with rights issue

Cholamandalam DBS Finance Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2007, has considered issue of warrants and decided to drop the option of attaching warrants to the right issue of equity shares upto Rs 200 crs. approved by the Board at its meeting held on January 24, 2007.
