Driven by sustained demand across its integrated network and strict execution, the express logistics major registered double-digit revenue growth alongside a substantial surge in profitability.
Operational & Financial Performance Summary
For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Blue Dart Express reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,65,772 lakh (₹1,657.72 crore), representing a 14.97% increase compared to ₹1,44,192 lakh (₹1,441.92 crore) recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year (Q1 FY26). Sequential top-line growth stood at 8.10% over the preceding quarter ended March 31, 2026 (₹1,53,347 lakh).
Consolidated total income for the quarter reached ₹1,67,313 lakh, up from ₹1,45,178 lakh in Q1 FY26.
Profitability Highlights
Consolidated Profit Before Tax (PBT): Stood at ₹11,904 lakh for Q1 FY27, marking an 80.55% year-on-year expansion from ₹6,593 lakh reported in Q1 FY26, and up 64.12% sequentially from ₹7,253 lakh in Q4 FY26.
Consolidated Net Profit (PAT): Surged 81.22% year-on-year to ₹8,849 lakh (₹88.49 crore) compared to ₹4,883 lakh in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, consolidated PAT grew 81.15% from ₹4,885 lakh in the previous quarter.
Standalone Net Profit (PAT): Reached ₹8,668 lakh for the quarter, rising 84.70% year-on-year from ₹4,693 lakh in Q1 FY26, and up 97.40% sequentially against ₹4,391 lakh in Q4 FY26.
Earnings Per Share (EPS): Both basic and diluted consolidated EPS for the quarter rose to ₹37.29 per equity share (face value ₹10 each), compared to ₹20.58 in Q1 FY26 and ₹20.59 in Q4 FY26. Standalone basic and diluted EPS reached ₹36.53 per share.

Total consolidated expenses for the quarter rose to ₹1,55,409 lakh, compared to ₹1,38,585 lakh in Q1 FY26, reflecting volume growth and higher general operating costs across the logistics ecosystem.

Total tax expense for the quarter was recorded at ₹3,055 lakh on a consolidated basis and ₹2,971 lakh on a standalone basis.
