Marg Constructions Board to consider interim dividend

Marg Constructions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of the Directors of the Company will be held on March 30, 2007, inter alia to conduct the following businesses:

1. To consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the year ending March 31, 2007.

2. To allot shares upon conversion of warrants.

3. To appoint additional directors on the Board.

4. To review ongoing projects of the Company.
