Mind Tree allots 15245 Equity Shares

MindTree Ltd has allotted 1,683 equity shares of Rs. 50/- each fully paid on December 16, 2011 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2001 Stock Option Plan (Program 2).

The Company has also allotted 13,235 equity shares (of which 2,300 are of Rs. 300/- each, 5,335 are of Rs. 315/- each, 4,600 are of Rs. 335/- each and 1,000 are of Rs. 350/- each), fully paid on December 16, 2011 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(b) Stock Option Plan (Program 4).

Further, the Company has allotted 327 equity shares (of which 327 are of Rs. 168/- each), fully paid on December 16, 2011 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2008 (A) Stock Option Plan (Program 5).

The stock closed the day at Rs.400, up by Rs.1.10 or 0.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.410.50 and low of Rs.380.25.

The total traded quantity was 8463 compared to 2 week average of 3663.
