Maxwell Industries Updates on dividend

Maxwell Industries Ltd has announced that the Company proposes to pass a Circular Resolution by the Board of Directors of the Company on March 27, 2007, inter alia, to declare interim dividend of 5%, on 5% Redeemable Preference Share Capital and pro-rata interim dividend of 10%, on 10% Optionally Convertible Preference Share Capital of the Company for the financial year 2006-07.
