K C Bokadia Films seeks EGM approval for name change

K C Bokadia Films Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on April 16, 2007, inter alia, to change the name of the Company from "K C Bokadia Films Ltd" to "Asian Films Production and Distribution Ltd", subject to approval of the Central Government in accordance with section 21 of the Company Act, 1956, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
