Rane Holdings Board declares second interim dividend

Rane Holdings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 20, 2007, has declared second interim dividend of Rs 4.50 per equity share for the year ending March 31, 2007, on the enhanced paid up capital of Rs 97,813,160 comprising of 9,781,316 shares of Rs 10 each.
