The Board of Directors of JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd at its Board Meeting held on April 22, 2011 have allotted 25,00,000 (Twenty five Lac) Equity Shares on Preferential basis to Tano Mauritius India FVCI.

The stock was trading at Rs.77.60, down by Rs.2.50 or 3.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.82 and low of Rs.77.55.
