The Board of Directors of Mold Tek Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on April 29, 2011, have considered and allotted 37125 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 28/- per Equity Share [comprising nominal value of Rs. 10/- and premium of Rs. 18/-] to the optionees pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the employees under the Mold-Tek Technologies Employees Stock Option Scheme 2009.
