Edelweiss Capital allots 36000 Shares under Edelweiss Employees Stock Option Schemes

The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Edelweiss Capital Ltd has approved allotment of 36,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each under Edelweiss Employee Stock Incentive Plan 2007 - Scheme I.

The stock closed the day at Rs.38.90, down by Rs.0.70 or 1.77%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.40 and low of Rs.38.
