Prism Informatics to raise $4 million

The Board of Directors of Prism Informatics Ltd at its meeting held on April 08, 2011, have proposed to raise funds upto the tune of USD 4 Million by issue of Non Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPs-III) at specific percentage on preferential basis. The Board shall finalise the terms and conditions of the said issue and the list of allottees at subsequent meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.69.10, up by Rs.1.35 or 1.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.69.10 and low of Rs.66.40.

The total traded quantity was 1549 compared to 2 week average of 5399.
