JD Orgochem Europe arm issues shares through Private Placement

Jaysynth (Europe) Ltd.,(JEL) a Wholly Owned Subsidiary JD Orgochem Ltd has increased its Paid-up Capital by issuing further Equity shares of Euro 675,000 of Euro 1/- at par by Private Placement to - 1) Avochem AG - Switzerland and, 2) Dyfarben (USA) Inc. - Michigan, USA.

With this issue shareholding of the Company is reduced to 42.55% in paid-up capital of JEL. Accordingly, JEL has ceased to be a Subsidiary of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.3.15, up by Rs.0.15 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.15 and low of Rs.3.15.

The total traded quantity was 404 compared to 2 week average of 1272.
