Kilburn Chemicals to redeem 11% cumulative Redeemable Preference shares

The Board of Directors of Kilburn Chemicals Ltd has decided to redeem 1,17,220 Redeemable Preference of Rs. 100/- each out of total of 3,91,220 shares on March 28, 2011, being the date of Redemption.

The stock was trading at Rs.43.55. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.45 and low of Rs.43.55.
