Akanksha Finvest allots 63743841 shares on amalgamation

The Board of Directors of Akanksha Finvest Ltd at its meeting held on March 22, 2011, have allotted allotted 6,37,43,841 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the members of Telemart Communication (India) Private Limited, A. Design and Details (Interior & Infrastructure) Private Limited, Mach Communications Private Limited, Mo-Life Retails Private Limited, Pacific Inet Support Pvt Ltd, Mo-Life Communication India Private Limited and Radical Softnet Private Limited being the amalgamated companies pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation approved by the High Court Delhi on January 27, 2011.

The stock closed the day at Rs.30.20, down by Rs.1.30 or 4.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.31.50 and low of Rs.30.
