Karur KCP Packkagings approves GDR issue

The Board of Directors of Karur KCP Packkagings Ltd at its meeting held on March 17, 2011 has approved the issue and allotment of 1,250,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, to enable the issuance of 2,500,000 Global Depository Receipts at an issue price of USD 4.50 per GDR.

The stock closed the day at Rs.36.55, down by Rs.0.90 or 2.40%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.50 and low of Rs.36.30.

The total traded quantity was 437 compared to 2 week average of 4757.
