Strides Arcolab allots 24500 Equity Shares under ESOP 2008 Scheme

Strides Arcolab Ltd has allotted 24,500 fully paid equity shares of Rs.10/- each on conversion of employee stock options under Strides Arcolab ESOP 2008 Scheme.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 577,446,710.00 consisting of 57,744,671 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 577,691,710.00 consisting of 57,769,671 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.319.85, up by Rs.10.20 or 3.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.322.20 and low of Rs.309.05.
