Aksh Optifibre approves allotment of 328344 shares

Aksh Optifibre Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2011, have duly considered and approved the issue and allotment of 328,344 equity shares pursuant to the conversion of FCCBs aggregating USD 0.5 Mn. out of FCCBs aggregating to USD 20 Mn issued on January 08, 2008.

The stock closed the day at Rs.12.35, down by Rs.0.70 or 5.36%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.15 and low of Rs.12.

The total traded quantity was 3.40 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.82 lakhs.
