Cura Technologies allots 3 lakh shares

Cura Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 22, 2011 have allotted 300,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- upon exercise of the right of conversion for 300,000 Fully Convertible warrants held by the Warrant holder.

Accordingly, the equity share capital of the Company post allotment of 300,000 shares as mentioned above, stands at 95,20,000 Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.292.80, up by Rs.13.90 or 4.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.292.80 and low of Rs.284.

The total traded quantity was 657 compared to 2 week average of 1535.
