Ad-Manum Finance allots 4500000 shares

Ad-Manum Finance Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 17, 2011, has allotted 4,500,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 30/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 20 per share) on preferential basis.

The allottees include Agarwal Coal Corporation (s) Pte. Ltd (Promoter Group) - 2,770,000 shares, Aereo Dealcomn Pvt. Ltd. (Non Promoter) - 1,106,250 shares and Apex Procon Pvt. Ltd. (Non Promoter) - 623,750 shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.26.95, up by Rs.0.85 or 3.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.27 and low of Rs.26.

The total traded quantity was 414 compared to 2 week average of 399.
