Subex allots 3725 equity shares upon exercise of stock options

Subex Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 3,725 equity shares to employees pursuant to exercise of stock options under the ESOP schemes of the Company.

Consequently, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 651,820,460 to Rs. 651,857,710.

The stock closed the day at Rs.71.85, down by Rs.1.35 or 1.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.74 and low of Rs.71.35.

The total traded quantity was 2.21 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 9.50 lakhs.
