Ramco Systems allots 8390 shares

Ramco Systems Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 13, 2011, has approved an allotment of 8,390 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, being the exercise of the equity stock options by the employees of the Company under the Employee Stock Option scheme, 2008, (ESOS 2008). consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 15,488,815 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 15,497,205 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.116.85, up by Rs.3.85 or 3.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.118 and low of Rs.112.

The total traded quantity was 1857 compared to 2 week average of 6623.
