Dhanlaxmi Bank allots 614 Equity Shares

Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd has announced that consequent to the exercise of the option given to the employees under 'The Dhanalakshmi Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme 2009' (ESOP Scheme), the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank on January 07, 2011 has allotted 614 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.108.70, down by Rs.5.20 or 4.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.115.40 and low of Rs.107.50.

The total traded quantity was 1.86 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.98 lakhs.
