Reliance Industries allots 286932 Equity Shares pursuant to ESOS

Reliance Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 2,86,932 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, on January 03, 2011, pursuant to the Employees Stock Option Scheme.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1073.90, down by Rs.2.65 or 0.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1090 and low of Rs.1070.15.

The total traded quantity was 11.80 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.94 lakhs.
