Aurionpro Solutions allots 47200 shares

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has announced that Remuneration/ Compensation Committee Meeting of the Company held on January 04, 2011, the Company has allotted 47,200 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the ASL ESOS-2008 Scheme. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.233, down by Rs.3.50 or 1.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.240.50 and low of Rs.227.50.

The total traded quantity was 1720 compared to 2 week average of 2522.
