Sylph Technologies allots 30 lakh warrants

Sylph Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 04, 2011, has allotted 30,00,000 warrants convertible in equity shares as per the terms approved by the Shareholders.

The equity warrants are issued to Mr. Rajendra Verma, Mr. Ghanshyam Soni and Mr. Devki Nandan Agrawal @ 10,00,000 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.7.33, down by Rs.0.38 or 4.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.7.33 and low of Rs.7.33.

The total traded quantity was 1000 compared to 2 week average of 650.
