Suryajyoti Spinning Mills allots 523509 Shares on conversion of FCCBs

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that a Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 03, 2011 have allotted 5,23,509 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to Credit Suisse (Singapore) Ltd, upon conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds to the extent of US$ 0.5 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.49.90. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.54.40 and low of Rs.48.45.

The total traded quantity was 8.01 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.92 lakhs.
