Brilliant Securities allots 540570 shares

Brilliant Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 31, 2010, has allotted 5,40,570 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 19.50 per share including the premium of Rs. 9.50 per share as per Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2009.

The allottees include Prathipati Parthasarathi (189200 shares), Arumilli Veerabhadra Rao (189200 shares) and Nilofer Md (162170 shares).

In view of the above, the paid-up Capital of the Company is increased to 56,47,870 equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully-paid.

The said equity shares allotted will be under lock in up to December 30, 2010 i.e. for a period of one year from the date of allotment.

The stock was trading at Rs.25.50, up by Rs.0.80 or 3.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.25.50 and low of Rs.24.65.

The total traded quantity was 2703 compared to 2 week average of 7036.
