Asian Oilfield Services grants 577683 options

Asian Oilfield Services Ltd has announced that the ESOS Compensation Committee of the Company at their meeting held on December 07, 2010 has granted 5,77,683 Stock Options to the eligible employees of the Company, under the "Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2010" (ESOS-2010). Each option when exercised would be convened into one Equity Share of the Company of Rs. 10 each fully paid up.

The stock was trading at Rs.54.15, down by Rs.1.55 or 2.78%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.55.90 and low of Rs.52.05.

The total traded quantity was 7481 compared to 2 week average of 24207.
