Bafna Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 06, 2010, inter alia, to consider the matter of issue and allotment of the equity shares and equity warrants of the Company on Preferential basis to Promoters and other investors and also as may be required, to seek approval of the members of the Company for this purpose.
