Ind-Swift Laboratories allots 185660 shares

Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2010, has allotted 1,85,660 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 17/- per share under Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) 2006 to the employees, in terms of the authority conferred by the shareholders in their meeting held on September 30, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.114.15, up by Rs.6.55 or 6.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.119 and low of Rs.105.

The total traded quantity was 1.16 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.99 lakhs.
