Nakoda allots 60000000 shares

Nakoda Ltd has announced that the GDR Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 26, 2010, have allotted 60,000,000 Equity shares of Rs.5/- each at a price of Rs. 18/- per share underlying 2,000,000 GDRs.

The stock closed the day at Rs.15.20, down by Rs.0.85 or 5.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.60 and low of Rs.14.55.

The total traded quantity was 6.60 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 5.98 lakhs.
