Kosha Cubidor Containers to consider preferential issue on Nov 26, 2010

Kosha Cubidor Containers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 26, 2010, inter alia, to review / modify some of the items / matters of the business transacted on that day, for general corporate business purpose.

The Board will review issue of upto 60,00,000 Equity Shares on preferential basis instead 50,00,000 Equity shares on preferential basis and complying with as per the various provisions of SEBI Guidelines, Rules and Regulations.

The Board will also appoint Mr. Rameshchandra Bagdi, Practicing Company Secretary as scrutinizer for passing of the resolution by postal ballot.
