Oracle Financial Services Software allots 2700 shares

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 02, 2010, inter alia, has allotted 2,700 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the eligible employees of the Company who exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2002. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 419,457,385 divided into 63,891,477 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.2380, up by Rs.65.10 or 2.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2392 and low of Rs.2335.

The total traded quantity was 17108 compared to 2 week average of 4323.
