HDFC Bank allots 580694 equity shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank on November 01, 2010 has allotted 580694 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The stock closed the day at Rs.2347.40, up by Rs.69.30 or 3.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2352.80 and low of Rs.2286.

The total traded quantity was 0.43 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.63 lakhs.
