Tilaknagar Industries Opens QIP of Equity Shares

Tilaknagar Industries Ltd has announced that the Issue Committee duly authorized by the board of directors has in its meeting held on October 27, 2010 authorised the opening of the issue to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB's) to the extent of Rs 1350 million pursuant to Chapter VIII of the SEBI ('ICDR') Regulations, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.105.75, up by Rs.1.05 or 1%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.107.70 and low of Rs.102.

The total traded quantity was 2.97 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.38 lakhs.
