Riverdale Foods to allot 3250000 shares

Riverdale Foods Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 24, 2010, inter alia, has considered / resolved the matter of allotment of 32,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 5.00 each, at par, in favour of ANC Holding, LLC, the strategic investor is deferred to a meeting of the Board of Directors to be held shortly.

The Board will also consider convening of extra Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders of the Company on November 30, 2010 for the purposes of filling casual vacancy causes due to the resignation of the auditors of the Company.
