Gopal Iron & Steels to forfeit 99500 shares

Gopal Iron & Steels Company Gujarat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2010, has decided to forfeit 99500 Equity Shares each of Rs. 10/- on which final call money have not been paid.

The stock closed the day at Rs.17.45, down by Rs.0.90 or 4.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.30 and low of Rs.17.45.

The total traded quantity was 3600 compared to 2 week average of 14320.
