Patni Computer Systems Grants 750220 options under Patni ESOP 2003 (Revised 2009)

Patni Computer Systems Ltd has announced that the Compensation a Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company, vide circular resolution dated October 01, 2010, has approved the grant of 750,220 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") (including 97,090 ADR linked options representing 194,180 RSUs) at an Exercise Price of Rs. 2/- per share to 461 eligible option holders of the Company and its subsidiaries, under the Company's Stock Option Plan ("Patni ESOP 2003 (Revised 2009)").

The stock was trading at Rs.430.05, up by Rs.4.15 or 0.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.439 and low of Rs.427.25.

The total traded quantity was 0.26 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.66 lakhs.
