Uflex allots 307117 shares on Part conversion of FCCBs

Uflex Ltd has announced that two FCCB holders have exercised the option to convert the FCCBs into equity shares to the extent of US $ 1,000,000.

Accordingly, in terms of offering circular and your approval, Company has allotted 307,117 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the FCCB holders.

The stock closed the day at Rs.209.50, up by Rs.1.55 or 0.75%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.211.85 and low of Rs.201.

The total traded quantity was 3.60 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 6.34 lakhs.
