Oracle Financial Services Software to consider ESOP Allotment on Sep 30, 2010

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has announced that a meeting of ESOP Allotment Committee of the Company will be held on September 30, 2010, to consider allotment of shares to the eligible employees who have chosen to exercise their options under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP), 2002 of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.2239.70, up by Rs.13.05 or 0.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2264.90 and low of Rs.2202.
