Zensar Technologies allots 30452 Equity Shares

Zensar Technologies Ltd has announced that on exercise of Stock Option by Employees of the Company, the Compensation Committee of the Directors has allotted fully paid up 30,452 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company to the employees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.164.95, down by Rs.1.25 or 0.75%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.167 and low of Rs.164.60.

The total traded quantity was 6233 compared to 2 week average of 11513.
