Micro Technologies allots 552000 Shares on Conversion of Warrants

Micro Technologies (India) Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 22, 2010, has approved the allotment of 552000 equity shares to Micro Associates Consultancy (India) Private Limited pursuant to the conversion of 552000 warrants which had been allotted @ Rs. 138.29/- on December 24, 2009.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has gone up from 13,267,634 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 13,819,634 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.209.80, down by Rs.5.05 or 2.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.218.80 and low of Rs.209.70.

The total traded quantity was 35768 at an average price of Rs 212.76 resulting in a turnover of Rs 76.1 lakhs.
