Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 382040 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on September 22, 2010 has allotted 3,82,040 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

The allotment was done under, ESOP Scheme Series 2005/05 - 2,84,000 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/07 - 60,000 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12 (2nd Tranche) - 17,540 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/17 (1st Tranche) - 9,000 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/18 (1st Tranche) - 1,500 equity shores and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/19 - 10,000 equity shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.490.40, up by Rs.3.80 or 0.78%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.495.35 and low of Rs.482.40.

The total traded quantity was 1.93 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.52 lakhs.
