Gruh Finance allots 78852 Shares

Gruh Finance Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 78,852 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees / directors on September 13, 2010.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 34,94,28,480 consisting 3,49,42,848 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.405, up by Rs.5.55 or 1.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.412 and low of Rs.394.50.

The total traded quantity was 0.17 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.30 lakhs.
